Between day to day responsibilities such as life, work, family...cleaning is the last thing that excites you at the end of a hectic week. Typical we suggest to our clients if your home has lots of foot traffic (larger families, especially with younger kids) or more crumbs/grime build up, WEEKLY cleanings are more beneficial.
If your home consist of average foot traffic, normal upkeeping needs, we suggest BIWEEKLY cleanings. We find that to be the most popular selection for majority of homeowners.
Lastly, If you have very minimal foot traffic, typically we see this with our retired or single household clients, MONTHLY cleanings tend to suffice.
Yes, all of our cleaners are fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
We politely ask all clients to notify the office 24 hours in advance or at your earliest convenience of any cancellation. All rescheduled appointments we will try to accommodate your day preference, but ultimately will be based on the cleaners availability.
We ask all of our clients to have your home "cleaning ready". This means excessive amounts of toys, games, clothes, or any loose items left out on the floor that the cleaner is not responsible for, to have stored away. Any excessive amount of dishes in the sink should be placed in your dishwasher before service.

Yes, at 5 Star Quality we love our furry babies. However, safety is our # 1 property for our team. Homeowners know their pet(s) the best. We politely ask for you to assess the interaction responsibly. Any animals that are not welcoming of new faces/scents or that may get aggressive/ irritated/ uncomfortable with loud noises such as vacuum cleaners, to be placed in a safe separated area so the cleaner can comfortably perform their job.
Most recurring cleanings can take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours, depending on size of your home, frequency, and number of cleaners assigned to the job. We typical will have 1-2 cleaners per home or 3 for larger estates.
No! Some clients will provide us with a copy of their key which we store in a safe and secure place with our office staff. Some clients will also have a spare key in a secret location with instructions to access day of service given to the office.
We do require homeowners to be present for the initial cleaning to provide a full tour of their home and go over their expectations.
All recurring clients will be billed monthly. We accept all major credit cards only. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & AMEX.
Checks will be accepted in advance on special request basis for recurring clients. All checks must be placed into an enclosed envelope, given to your cleaner and cleared before the 1st of the month before any service is resumed.
Cash is not accepted.
Our team will do our best to clean as far under couches/beds as they can reach. They are not trained (for liability reasons) to lift any heavy furniture/ items in your home. If ever there are objects that you would like your cleaners to clean behind, those items should be pre-moved by the owner during or before service. We specifically clean in the layout the home is originally in unless requested otherwise.
